These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply when you enrol in, pay for, or use Content 2 Cash and related services, operated by Yaseen Ramsey ("we", "us", "the Company"). By purchasing or taking part, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. General

By enrolling in the program, accessing the materials, attending coaching, or joining the community, you agree to these Terms. This agreement is between you (the "Client") and Content 2 Cash (the "Company"). We may update these Terms from time to time, and continuing to use the program means you accept the current version.

2. Program overview

Content 2 Cash is a paid coaching and mentorship program that helps you turn content into income. Depending on your plan, it may include coaching calls, group calls, a private community, course materials, templates and SOPs, and an onboarding call. We may improve or adjust the content, schedule, and format over time.

3. Payment terms

Enrolment requires the payment agreed at checkout or during onboarding, as a one-off payment or a payment plan. We accept card payments through our payment provider and bank transfer. If you are on a payment plan, you agree to each instalment being taken on schedule and you remain responsible for the full agreed amount. If a payment fails or is missed, we may pause or remove access until your account is up to date.

4. All sales are final

Content 2 Cash is a digital program with immediate access. Because we begin delivering the program and hand over your access and materials as soon as you buy, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable.

When you purchase, you agree to receive immediate access, and you understand this means you will not have a 14-day cancellation ("cooling-off") period once access has started. This does not affect any rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.

5. Access & licence

You receive limited, personal, non-transferable access to the training, materials, templates, and community for the program term. You may not share your access with anyone else, or use our brand or content to create competing or derivative products.

6. Community & coaching access

Where a community (for example, Discord) or coaching is provided, access is for the program term and depends on respectful conduct. We may pause or remove access for abuse, spam, harassment, or misconduct.

7. Intellectual property

All program content — including calls, recordings, materials, templates, and SOPs — remains our property and is for your personal use only. You may not copy, record, resell, scrape, or distribute it, or pass it to anyone else. Misuse may lead to removal from the program and further action.

8. Results disclaimer

We share strategies, tools, and support, but we do not guarantee any specific income or result. Outcomes depend on your own effort, skill, consistency, and market conditions. Any examples or figures are illustrations, not promises. Content 2 Cash is not part of, or endorsed by, Instagram or any platform, and nothing here is financial advice.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, treat our team or members disrespectfully, share content without permission, miss payments, or misrepresent your affiliation with us. Ending your access does not remove your obligation to pay any amounts still owed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, or opportunity, arising from your use of the program. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
